Today was the First meeting of the FOP Lodge 34 Contract Committee. The meeting was held to help acclimate the new members to the complicated world of Collective Bargaining. The meeting lasted several hours and Members in attendance were Craig Walker, Heicel Rodriguez, Mick Patterson, Jeff Creighton, the Fraternal Order of Police Atlantic Lodge 34 Labor Negotiator Myron Plotkin and Me, George Hebert. The Members on this Team will provide updates to the members as to the progress regarding the contract negotiations, while collecting input and your ideas on what may be needed for the building of a better contract.
