Myron Plotkin has more than 30 years experience as a labor relations consultant.
His practice is limited to representing public employees and public employee unions.
He has extensive experience in all phases of negotiations, interest arbitration, grievance preparation and representation at arbitrations.
Mr. Plotkin has negotiated over 200 public sector contracts for police and fire units as well for school employees, lifeguards and municipal and County employees and represented his clients in over 150 grievance arbitrations.
He has also presented cases before the Public Employee Relations Commission (PERC) dealing with composition of bargaining units, bargaining elections, scope of negotiations petitions and unfair labor practice charges.
